Well the end of book one, anyway. (If you've missed any, you can follow this tag) Talk about a freaking emotional roller coaster. Who am I kidding, though. This entire book is an emotional roller coaster. I didn't write a lot of thoughts because there's just nothing left but spoilers, but I did write down a couple of quotes I liked. There were a few scenes with Arin & Kestrel that I love SO MUCH! But you have to read the book if you want to see them. hahaha.

ReplyDeleteThat ending was pure torture in The Winner's Curse! It was one of those (amazing and beautiful) ends that ripped my soul out, and I had to go to a quiet corner to cry. It was a great ending, but it also worries me because people have been saying book 2 is even more emotional. I better get my tissue box...

ReplyDeleteTHIS BOOK. I've read it and reread it and reread it again, but it doesn't seem to get old for me. I love Arin and Kestrel to pieces *sobs
And now I'm so excited for Book 2 to come out, and it makes me really happy to see that the series is getting some hype :D
