At a Glance: Time After Time was adorable and heart-wrenching and everything I could possible want in a sequel to Time Between Us (which I loved by the way), but it wasn't quite everything I could have asked for as an ending to Anna and Bennett's story.

Cover: I have mixed feelings about these covers... On the one hand, I think they're really pretty, well-photographed, and I like the models they chose.  But on the other hand, I feel like something about thy way they're staged, and the coloring sort of makes them look like romance books for older women... Not that I'm discriminating, I'm sure that there are great books like that out there, but I don't think the covers quite target the intended 12yrs and up age range.

Something I loved: Gosh I love Anna and Bennett.  I love their relationship most of all because it's so realistic. Which is funny I know.  It's a time travel book.  They're 17 years apart.  But still.  They don't talk all the time about how they're soul mates and how they couldn't possibly live without each other.  They acknowledge that maybe they might end up with other people, and they will inevitably be happy, but then they decide that right now, they're best together.  And I loved that.

Something I hated: I didn't really feel like the ending answered all of the questions that were brought up in the book about how on earth they'd be able to stay together.  And I get that maybe it's a literary thing, and authors want you to think for yourself, BUT I CAN'T HELP IT.  I JUST WANT TO KNOW.

Would I recommend it? Yes.  I love both Time Between Us and Time After Time, and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good chick-lit, time travel story, even though I still had many unanswered questions when I finished them.
