Cover: The cover is actually significantly more appealing than it looks in the picture.  The green parts are textured, the gold words shimmer, and overall it's just beautiful.


Review: This book is gorgeous and amazing.  I was looking through the fashion section at Strand, and I came across this book, and I instantly knew I couldn't leave without it.  While I love coffee table-ish books, I feel like a lot of them have way too many words in them. I know, it's a book and it's meant to hold words, so that sounds a little ridiculous, but honestly if I'm looking through a book on someone's coffee table, I'm usually not interested in reading a novel.  And that's one of the reasons I absolutely love places to go, people to see.  I feel like it has the perfect amount of phenomenal photographs, perfect quotes, and fun ideas of things to do in different cities all over the world!  There is exactly nothing I would change about this book.  If you love fashion, photography, traveling, or all of the above, this book was made for you.  Here's a taste of the amazingness:

Finally, My Thoughts on Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
