My Review
Here it goes..... this book was off the charts AMAZING! I loved the characters, the pace, the setting, the writing, the romance, the violence/action, the sad, the happy and the ultimate storyline that challenges The Hunger Games Trilogy for best dystopian ever written!
The characters. Okay, so there were several characters that stand out that made this book amazing!
First we have Beatrice "Tris" who completely rocked the female role. She reminded me of Katniss, just because she knew who she was and she knew what she wanted. Tris would stop at nothing to get what she had aspired to be. Her pride and determination made her beautiful and untouchable. I loved Tris' character so much, she inspired me more than any other character has inspired me in a very long time. Seriously, she was so determined to get what she wanted, she would go through physical pain and lift her chin up high. The last thing Tris wanted was someone to witness her failures, weakness and flaws.
Next we have Four, he was Tris' mentor for Dauntless (the brave) he was at times... tough, crazy, cool, sweet, protective, and just plain lovable. I loved his character, so many little things I can't say just because they would be spoilers, but trust me! You know when you are watching Pride and Prejudice
and Mr. Darcy makes fists with his hands every time he encounters Lizzy... you know what he is feeling... well it's like that. Little things. He had such a vulnerable side as well as a tough side and Veronica Roth wrote his character with such amazing thought.

All in all I would have to say I would read this book again and again! It is going on my favorites list and it is also a clean read. We just gave away this book and had it on our ReadingCleanSpotlight, this last month. I'm sorry if you missed it.

Hmmmm, that might be a true statement about me. Read this book, especially if you like dystopian, Hunger Game-esk type books. It was amazing, non-stop, bloody, tense and most of all romantic!
